Science Lounge: Still Life

Does perfect preservation of scientific specimens pique your passion? Try out your taxidermy technique at this artful affair of stuffed scenes and curated collections. Discover how our dioramas were made, hear harrowing stories from collecting trips, then build your own diorama and imbibe a creative cocktail at the bar.

Throughout the night:

• Chill to the sounds of Dizzy Fingers on piano
• Go behind the scenes of the Moose diorama
• Watch a taxidermist at work
• “Stuff” an animal to take home
• Construct a miniature diorama
• Take in the view of City Park and Downtown Denver from the Anschutz Family Sky Terrace
