During the 16 days of the event\, one can take in a variety of horse shows\, rodeo events (yes\, there’s bull riding)\, livestock contests\, dance performances and live music. Growing up\, we often went to the Stock Show with school to visit the Hall of Education where we learned about raising rabbits or collecting honey or just sat and watched as baby chicks hatched out of their shells.
