SUMMARY:Free Admission at All National Parks
DESCRIPTION:As part of the kick off for National Parks Week April 18 – 26\, all National Parks will offer free admission on the 18th and 19th. National Parks Week is a time to celebrate the stunning landscapes and valuable history preserved as part of the parks system\, as well as the value of spaces that allow us to connect with nature and outdoor recreation. Colorado is home to many great National Parks including Rocky Mountain National Park (100 years old now!)\, Colorado Monument\, Great Sand Dunes\, Mesa Verde and Hovenweep among others. So find your park\, grab your friends and head out of town for the weekend!

DESCRIPTION:She’s back! We can still remember the first time we saw “Linda” at the Denver Art Museum. She looked so real that we found ourselves breathing softly and whispering as we gathered around\, attentively studying her sleeping form to see if her closed eyes would twitch or if her ribcage would expand with a quiet breath. In order to preserve this incredible sculpture\, the DAM has had Linda in storage since 2009. The exhibit “Starring Linda” will feature Linda in addition to 2 other sculptures by her creator\, Colorado artist John DeAndrea. See Linda first on member preview day\, 4/18\, with a timed ticket.
