DESCRIPTION:For the sixth year\, Community First Foundation and FirstBank are partnering to present Colorado Gives Day. Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. Why give on this specific day and through Coloradogives.org? Because your donation will go even farther thanks to a $1 million incentive fund from Community First Foundation and FirstBank. \n\nHere’s how it works: If a nonprofit organization receives 10 percent of the total amount of money raised on Colorado Gives Day\, that same nonprofit receives 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund. \n At the completion of Colorado Gives Day\, the Foundation will determine each nonprofit’s proportionate share of the incentive fund by dividing the total amount each charity raised by the total amount of donations to all participating nonprofits.
