DESCRIPTION:Join Young Warriors for these special children’s yoga and mindfulness classes themed to “Upside Down Magic\,” the 2017 book selection for Youth One Book\, One Denver. Our Young Warriors classes are play-based\, designed to meet kids where they are at\, and instill the benefits of yoga in the youngest of yogis. In a Young Warriors practice\, children will challenge their bodies and their minds as they build strength\, focus\, and friendships.
