SUMMARY:Drive-In: Personal Space
DESCRIPTION:Drive-In: Personal Space is a one-night exhibition that will take place\, outdoors\, in a Rino construction lot. The exhibition will feature 13 artists who will use their vehicles as exhibition spaces. Co-curated by Ruth Bruno and Cortney Lane Stell \nArtists: Amber Cobb\, Graham Eschen\, Tobias Fike\, Kate Gonda\, Caleb Hahne\, Lucas McMahon\, Dimitri Obergfell\, Zach Reini\, Nick Silici\, Gretchen Schaefer\, Laura Shill\, Kristen Sink\, Mario Zoots \nDrive-In: Personal Space is the first exhibition in a series of one-night pop up exhibitions which feature contemporary art in vehicles\, as exhibition spaces. Visitors will be invited to sit inside of or peer into car windows to see a variety of multi-media installations. \nPop Up Experiments are a Black Cube program that engages Colorado artists to produce experimental temporary exhibitions. This program builds the local creative community by fostering new forms of expression\, and promoting unique exhibition opportunities – outside of the white cube – that give the public unexpected experiences with contemporary art. Through this program we bring together local contemporary artists in dialogue with a curator to conceptualize artworks for innovative\, short-term public exhibitions. \n[Free] \nMore info: http://www.redlineart.org/upcomingevents/2017/8/19/drive-in-personal-space
