It is also a scientific laboratory for the Arts. \nIn a series of three Cafés des Arts with a new format\, we will examine its amazing history and fantastic collections and the importance it played in Western culture. \nWe will look at the building as well as the historical events which led to its collections and then try to understand a few of the greatest art pieces in its collections. \nEach Café will be an independent presentation\, engaging research in a separate field and historical period.
