Have you heard that a gratitude practice is helpful to being a happier and healthier person? Would you like some ideas of how to get started? If you already have a practice, come to get new ideas and inspiration to deepen your practice. Instructor Elizabeth Buckius has had a daily gratitude practice for over five years and is eager to share the benefits of gratefulness with you.
