November 10, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

It’s no secret that Denver is among the fastest growing cities in the nation, prompting serious discussions about how to balance the interests of all who are impacted: Neighborhoods, citizens, affordability, sustainability, property rights, jobs, health, livability and diversity, among other things. Steve Ferris, director of Denver’s Development Services, addresses the dynamic, political and extremely challenging nature of specific land-use projects and policies.
