Learning to See Color Symposium

Does color exist, or is it just a perception? In conjunction with the exhibition Learning to See Color at the Vicki Myhren Gallery at University of Denver (January 14 through March 6, 2016), Clyfford Still Museum and DU are pleased to present a half-day symposium exploring this question and related themes.  In a panel moderated by Clyfford Still Museum director Dean Sobel, artists, art historians, critics, and musicians and other distinguished guest speakers will explore the fascinating problems and challenges presented by the language of color.  Join the panelists in discussion of one of the most fundamental topics in the arts.
