Make/Shift Monday: Denver Talks – An Artistic Response to Citizen

For this Make/Shift Monday Redline Denver and Lighthouse Writers Workshop are pairing the exhibition Latin America: Endless Transformation with the book Citizen: An American Lyric, by Claudia Rankine to create some original writing focusing on themes of race, justice, and collective identity. Participants are encouraged to share their writing after the event with Denver Talks  — a program of Lighthouse Writers, the City & County of Denver, and NEA’s Big Read.
