Month of Photography Begins

MoP – Month of Photography Denver is a biennial celebration of fine art photography with hundreds of collaborative public events throughout Denver and the region March and April 2017. MoP brings you an abundance of exhibitions of photography at museums, galleries and schools in addition to artist talks and lectures. As explained by the organizers, this year’s theme, “Between the Medium,” will include an exploration of “the wide range in artists practices that happen to use photography as an ingredient,” as well as an “overview of the far reaching applications and concepts emerging in photography today.” You’ll want to take an extra long lunch break today to scope out the offerings and plan your month.
