OPENING: Toys of the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s

This new exhibit at History Colorado is going to be so much fun! All your favorites will be there including Gumby, Barbie, Slinky, Mr. Potato Head, Spirograph and Hot Wheels. Dig into the rich nostalgia, memory and history surrounding these iconic toys. Through the stories of the kids who played with these toys, the adults who bought them, the child-rearing experts who judged them and the people who invented them, explore what toys reveal about the rhythms of American life. This touring exhibit from the Minnestota History Center will be open through Sunday, October 4th.
