About this weekend’s music group: The ubiquitous music of Paris cafés was used to brilliant cinematic effect in the film Amelie. This trio of musicians recreates that wonderful feeling of café society with their concerts; Amelie Trio plays music ranging from Parisian standards and Edith Piaf ballads to gypsy swing and tango. The trio is comprised of Dave Willey (accordion), Maggie Sallee (violin), and Kevin Garry (guitar). This concert will feature chanteuse Britta Laree. Mark your calendars for this ‘don’t miss’ event.
