Have you ever looked at a work of contemporary art in a museum and wanted to bring it home? Well, now’s your chance. MCA Denver’s Octopus Initiative is offering any resident of the Denver metro area the chance to borrow and live with a work of art made by a Denver-based artist for ten months. FOR FREE.
More good news? The MCA commissioned these works, so you can feel good knowing that the artists were compensated for their work.

How to Join the Octopus Initiative:
1. Denver metro area residents can sign up at Octopus.mcadenver.org.
2. Browse available artworks by awesome Denver-based artists. “Heart” your favorites to add them to your wish list.
3. Cross your fingers and hope you’re one of the lucky lottery winners! Drawings are held on the 15th of each month. The first drawing will be on April 15th, 2018.
