52 NEW: Kickboxing
Whew! Well, that was awesome. As part of my #gpd52new project where I try something new each week, I headed to FLY Kickkbox to try kickboxing! Shout out to Jamaica and Briana who helped wrap my hands, gave me some pointers and made me feel so welcome! The workout was fast paced, but thankfully, there were regular breaks to catch your breath and have some water.
52 NEW: Yoga
Yoga (and I actually really like it! Thanks for taking me Bre Patterson of Bites with Bre!). Why try something new? Because taking risks and feeling vulnerable invites us to discover new parts of our ourselves. When grappling with something new, we’re forced to be present.
