52 NEW: Executive Producer
As of last weekend, I’m an executive producer! For the past two weekends, I’ve worked with Trish Tolentino and Jess of Stories Not Forgotten and Rebekah Henderson of Tan Tigress to film a series of videos that will become part of an exciting zine-making curriculum project I’m working on called From A to Zine. This IMAGINE 2020 Fund grant-winning project will bring zine making into 4th-8th grade classrooms as a way to celebrate and amplify student voices. Continue Reading

Whew! Well, that was awesome. As part of my #gpd52new project where I try something new each week, I headed to FLY Kickkbox to try kickboxing!
